Arts Law have created a series of informative animations about intellectual property rights. Copyright Agency is pleased to have partnered with Arts Law in the creation of the resale royalty animation that features the artwork of David Frank.  David, formerly a police officer, enjoys the playful interpretion of his work.  Produced by CAAMA Productions, the animations are available on You Tube, the Artists in the Black website and you can view below.

If you don't want us to collect a royalty on a particular resale, you need to tell us that in writing within 21 days of our publishing information about the resale here.

 

If you plan to collect the royalty yourself, you need to be aware that only Copyright Agency, as the government-appointed collecting society, has the power to compel the provision of information by buyers, sellers and art market professionals and that this may affect your capacity to ensure payment.
